STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

no problem…

Refer to services and the descriptions of each package.

Step 2: Put in your shipping information and check out.

Yup, put in your shipping information and check out…

Step 3: We pack the camcorders up and ship them out.

Your camcorders, along with chargers, memory cards, instructions on shipping the camcorders back, and a brief explanation on how to use the cameras are all included within the box we ship you. Any other questions you might have after receiving the cameras can be answered via email.

Step 4: Start Recording.

The only things you need to do is read a brief explanation on how to use the cameras, select your most trusted friends, and watch the video link with recommendations on what shots to capture throughout your wedding day. After you do those 3 things, you are ready to start recording.

Step 5: Return the cameras back to us.

There are instructions inside of the box we ship you plus a designated email with instructions on how to send your cameras back to us. So whether it will be yourselves returning the cameras, or a loved one- make sure that they have all the information they need on how to return the cameras immediately after your event to avoid any late charges!

Q/A

OUR NUMBER ONE QUESTION:

“Do you feel like asking our friends or family to capture our day with camcorders is distracting or will it take away from everyone enjoying our wedding day?”

The answer to this question has be a resounding NO! Everyone that we have had use our services has always come back and said that involving our friends and family in this process ENHANCED our wedding day, and made the moments that much more special. Allowing your friends and family to feel like they had a part in capturing, preserving, and making memories is such an honor. The process really brings everyone together. It also helps create more memories because the filming process helps create moments that wouldn’t have happened had they not been invested in helping you all capture your wedding day. I have never had a couple come back and tell me that having the cameras around really took away from their wedding day. The very same people would all be sitting around taking photos and videos on their phone anyways. Why not instead have those people taking photos and videos on their phone be capturing your wedding day in a more special and unique way that they know you will cherish forever!

“Is one and a half hours of record time enough to capture my event?”

It definitely depends on the event BUT 1 and a half hours goes a lot longer than you think! You have to keep in mind that you aren’t recording your entire event start to finish. You also have the option to go in and delete certain shots that you don’t want to help save space as well!

“What happens if the cameras doesn’t get shipped back within the time frame in my package?”

You will be charged an additional $20 per day that your camcorder is late. If the cameras aren’t returned within 1 week of your event then you will be charged the $20 per day PLUS you will lose out on your security deposit.

“When does my time as far as days start per what is stated in the packages?”

The day that you receive the cameras is when your “days of coverage begins.”

“How will my final video be delivered to me?”

Your final videos will be delivered to you via a link that gets sent to your email where you are then able to download your videos to your computer at home. Your longer raw footage files will be delivered to you via Dropbox. In this case you simply open the link and download the video files to your computer at home.

“How do you recommend that I shoot my wedding for the best results?”

Upon booking your package, you will be sent a confirmation email with a video link inside of the email. When you click on that link, it will take you to video file that will tell you what the best ways are to capture the footage on your wedding day for the best results. The guide is purely recommendations but you are more than welcome to capture your day however you would like! You may even want to share the recommendations with a few friends or all of your wedding party before your day begins for best results. This information would be particularly valuable to someone who has experience in social media, content creation, videography, or video editing.
